DO YOU REFILL TONERS AND INKS?
We do not refill toners and inks. We find that this method reduces the quality of products over time. We do offer high-quality, professionally remanufactured toners and inks.
WHAT PRINTER CONSUMABLES DO YOU OFFER?
We stock a wide range of compatible and remanufactured toner, ink, and drums in both monochrome and color. We also have access to OEM products. We are able to deliver most orders in the same day. All other orders can be expected in one to two days from the order date.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
When you request service for your printer, whether it be onsite or in the office, our service technicians can evaluate your printer on the same day or the next business day. Once your printer has been evaluated, we will let you know if your printer needs any additional service such as parts replacements, and let you know the cost and new timeline before completing repairs.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
When you become a LaserEquipment client, we will set up an account for you. You are able to bill service and orders to your account and receive invoices, which you can then pay by check, credit card, or ACH. You may come into the office to pay with your card or call and pay over the phone. You also have the option of placing a credit card on your account to be charged automatically when orders are placed.
WHAT IS THE COST OF PRINTER REPAIR AND PRODUCTS?
